Custom Stream gives you a permanent, transparent OBS browser-source URL for live draft overlays. Add it to OBS once, then link each new draft or series from your Custom Stream page. Picks and bans update live, while you can customize the layout, colors, sizing, player names, score, pick order, corrections, and broadcast timing without changing the original draft.

Q: Is there a way to customize the UI?

Yes. Drafter.lol lets you toggle champion names, team names, and navigation bars in the Preferences menu. Draft rooms also support complete layout changes, including an LCK-style view, plus advanced customization and OBS integration.

Q: What game modes does Drafter.lol support?

Drafter.lol supports Standard, Fearless, and Ironman draft modes. You can select your preferred game mode when creating a room.

Q: How do I use Drafter.lol with OBS as a direct source?

Enable Stream Mode by adding &stream=true to the draft URL. Stream Mode hides non-essential interface elements and makes the background transparent for OBS. You can also add &layout=lck to use the LCK-style broadcast layout.

Q: Is there a public API?

Yes. The Drafter API can create multi-game draft series and single draft rooms, and retrieve completed draft or series data by ID. Test endpoints and a test key are available; production API access requires an active subscription.

Yes. Drafter.lol can be used for tournaments and in-house games. The Drafter.lol Discord server is available for questions and for sharing how the tool is used on stream.

What is Custom Stream and how does it work?

Custom Stream puts a live, customizable draft overlay on your broadcast.

Add it to OBS once. Copy your permanent, transparent overlay URL into an OBS Browser source.
Link a draft. Paste any draft or series link into the Custom Stream page.
Go live. Picks and bans appear automatically as the draft happens. For the next match, just link the new draft. Your OBS source stays the same.

You can customize:

Layout, colors, and sizing
Player names and series score
Pick order, champion swaps, and ban corrections
Broadcast timing with pause, delay, step, and restart controls

Everything saves automatically and updates in real time. Overrides only change the stream overlay, never the original draft room.

Is there a way to customize the UI?

How do I use Drafter.lol with OBS as a direct source?

Enable Stream Mode. The best way to use Drafter.lol in OBS is with Stream Mode. This hides all non-essential UI elements and makes the background transparent. Add the following to your URL:
