Fearless Draft is a pick/ban format that became the standard for LoL esports in 2025. In traditional drafts, the champion pool resets every game. Fearless changes that by locking out picked champions for the rest of the series.
When a champion is picked by anyone, nobody can play them again for the rest of the series.
Champions are only locked for the team that picked them. The other team can still pick or ban them later.

Fearless Draft started in early 2025 and quickly spread to every major region. It is now used almost everywhere, including regional splits, international events like First Stand, and the Worlds Bo3 and Bo5 stages.
